Orders placed and paid before 9pm will be processed and delivered between 2pm – 8pm.

- 2pm – 5pm
- 5pm – 8pm
You can leave a note with your preferred time slots during check-out, or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8808 9680.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings.
Kindly note that we do not do deliveries on Sundays and Mondays, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the delivery will only be on Tuesday.
Fresh vegetables are highly perishable, the freshness will be compromised if we leave it outside your house. Our delivery crew will Whatsapp and call if they are unable to reach anyone at the door, and will only wait at the door for a maximum of 5 minutes. If delivery fails, the cost for redelivery will be an additional $5.
If you wish to cancel your order without a redelivery, no refund will be given, as these are on-demand perishable goods.

Return and Refund Policy
We seek your understanding that all purchased goods are not allowed to be returned, due to hygiene reasons. In the event if an item is missing, or you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
For damaged items, do take a photo and send it to us via Whatsapp for verification purposes. A refund will be issued within 1-2 business days for missing/ damaged items.
Availability and Substitutions
We handpick and source for fresh products on-demand every day to ensure that what is delivered to you is of high quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control, or quality that is below our standards.
If we have an item that's very similar to the item you ordered, we reserve the right to make item substitutions. If you're unhappy with the substitution, please email us at email@example.com or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8808 9680.
If we are unable to fulfil your entire order with the items you have ordered, or with appropriate substitutions, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you prior to delivery (which may include a notice in your confirmation email).
