How do I buy from you?
Browse our selection of fresh vegetables from our website and add the items to cart.
Once you have made payment, we will drop you a message via Whatsapp to confirm your order and delivery.
Do I need to register to order?
Registering for an account with us is optional, but you will get exclusive deals and updates if you have an account with us!
Can I change or add on items to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can! Whatsapp us at 8808 9680 and let us know. If you would like the order to be delivered the next day, please let us know before 9pm.
Kindly note that if the total order value falls below $38 after amending the order, delivery charges will apply.
How much is the minimum order, or delivery fee?
Our minimum order is $12, and next day delivery is FREE if you order above $38!
Orders below $38 will have a $8 delivery charge.
When will my items be delivered?
If you have placed an order and made payment before 9pm, we will deliver the groceries to you the next day.
Delivery is between 2pm – 8pm, from Tuesday to Saturday.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings at the moment.
Do note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the delivery will only be on Tuesday.
Can I have contactless delivery?
Yes, of course! If you wish to have contactless delivery, you can leave a note at check-out or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8808 9680.
Our delivery crew will Whatsapp you upon arrival, and we will leave your groceries at the door.
I won’t be home during my delivery time slot. Are you able to deliver earlier/ later?
Please select a delivery day from Tuesday to Saturday, which best suits your schedule.
Our delivery crew will Whatsapp and call if they are unable to reach anyone at the door, and will only wait at the door for a maximum of 5 minutes. If delivery fails, the cost for redelivery will be an additional $8.
If you wish to cancel your order without a redelivery, there will be no refund given.
Can I request for a later delivery date?
Yes, of course! You can leave a note at check-out or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8808 9680.
If you have already placed an order, and wish to change the date of delivery, just drop us a Whatsapp message or FB message.
Can I self-collect?
No, we do not have the option for self-collection.
All orders will be delivered to your doorstep.
I have a missing/ damaged item, what should I do?
Rarely happens, but if it does, please contact us via Whatsapp at 8808 9680 and we will arrange for a refund/ replacement.
