Delivery

  • Local delivery is available for orders above $12
  • Delivery fee for orders below $38: $8
  • Free delivery for orders above $38 
  • Delivery fee for orders to Sentosa: $21 
  • Free delivery to Sentosa for orders above $100

Orders placed and paid before 9pm will be processed and delivered between 2pm – 8pm the next day (from Tuesday to Saturday).

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery timings at the moment.

If you prefer to receive your delivery at a later date, do leave us a note at check-out, or Whatsapp us with your order number at 8808 9680 to let us know.

Kindly note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the delivery will only be on Tuesday.

Fresh vegetables are highly perishable, the freshness will be compromised if we leave it outside your house for long periods. Our delivery crew will Whatsapp and call if they are unable to reach anyone at the door, and will only wait at the door for a maximum of 5 minutes. If delivery fails, the cost for redelivery will be an additional $8.  

If you wish to cancel your order without a redelivery, no refund will be given, as these are on-demand perishable goods.

Return and Refund Policy

We seek your understanding that all purchased goods are not allowed to be returned, due to hygiene reasons. In the event if an item is missing, or you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your order. 

For damaged items, do take a photo and send it to us via Whatsapp for verification purposes. A refund will be issued within 1-2 business days for missing/ damaged items. 

Availability and Substitutions

We handpick and source for fresh products on-demand every day to ensure that what is delivered to you is of high quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control, or quality that is below our standards.

If we have an item that's very similar to the item you ordered, we reserve the right to make item substitutions. If you're unhappy with the substitution, please email us at hello@freshveggies.sg or drop us a text on Whatsapp at 8808 9680. 

If we are unable to fulfil your entire order with the items you have ordered, or with appropriate substitutions, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you prior to delivery (which may include a notice in your confirmation email).

Terms and conditions for Discount and/or Voucher

  1. Fresh Veggies discount both printed and e-vouchers are issued in Singapore currency and are only good for a single transaction.
  2. This voucher is valid only within Singapore and its value is equivalent to the Singapore currency as printed.
  3. This promo code has no expiry date.
  4. One promo code per person.
  5. The use of the Fresh Veggies promo code is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating merchants.
  6. Fresh Veggies promo code will not be accepted if obtained from unauthorised sources.
  7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Fresh Veggies is final.
